Packaging Design

Our design team will review the requirements of a customer, consider alternative design options and concepts and harness this detail with die-making and die-cutting requirements. In this way we can present alternatives that meet manufacturing as well as design criteria.

We have a substantial in-house design capability for packaging design and offer design solutions to clients in all paperboard packaging sectors:

• Experienced designers with many years of experience
• State-of-the-art CAD systems and sample tables
• Design for Manufacturing techniques
• FEFCO and ECMA Standards available as well as bespoke design projects to specific client needs
• Our design capabilities cover both Solid Board and Corrugated sectors

We have been involved in design projects for many sectors including FMCG, IT products, Medical Products, Pharmaceutical and Occasional products.

Our Approach

We strive to ‘engineer-out’ many of those issues that might complicate or restrict performance in tooling or in the converting processes. We are enabled to do this through experienced packaging design, extensive CAD systems and design tools, an understanding of Design for Manufacturing techniques and an ability to listen to our customers’ needs and expectations.
